Cant create an acct... NO SUPPORT

I read the great reviews and was excited to use this app. I tried to create an account with my email address several times, and then using login with Facebook. Neither worked. Following the help guide from the mind snacks website, I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I still could not create an account. I rebooted my iPad. I still cannot create account. I dont write negative reviews, and tried to take this up with the developer. But theres no way to contact the mind snacks support team. If they can reach out to me and help, it would be great. Thanks in advance.
